// know first · then build

Know first. Then build the right water setup.

Start by finding out what's actually in your water. Then build from the foundation up: protect the house, upgrade what you drink, and add the hydrogen experience that fits your life.

Tap Score home water test · Essential City Water Test

Don't guess about your water. Public records describe your water system; a home test shows what's in the water at your own faucet. It doesn't diagnose anything.

How the lab test works
  • It's a mail-to-lab test, not an instant strip. Some kits add a quick home pH or chlorine strip.
  • One kit = one sample from one faucet, one time. You fill the bottles and send them to the lab.
  • Activate it online, fill the bottles exactly as directed, and ship it the same day, ideally Monday to Wednesday. A FedEx label is included; U.S. return shipping is free.
  • Results online in about 5 lab business days after the lab receives it (PFAS: 10). With shipping, that's roughly 1–2 weeks door to door.
  • Tested by accredited independent labs (SimpleLab's network). Your report compares results with EPA limits and health goals, and free expert help is included.
  • What's covered: Lead & Copper 3 contaminants · Essential 49–56 · Advanced 111–116 · PFAS 18.
  • For your own information, not for real-estate or legal use.

// our promise

The honest water company.

In an industry built on fake sludge demos and "removes 100%" lies, we do the opposite.

01

Real government data

Every report is built from EPA public-water data, including SDWIS compliance records, UCMR 5 monitoring and lead data where available. We link the source. No invented numbers.

02

Certified claims only

We say a product removes something only if it holds the NSF certification for it. If it just reduces, we say reduces.

03

We tell you what we won't do

Salt-free conditioning stops scale — it doesn't remove chemicals. We'll never blur that line to make a sale.

04

Legal isn't the whole story

Federal drinking-water standards vary by contaminant and change over time. We show EPA's legal limit and its health goal side by side, so you can see the gap.
